Full time role for our Dunedin Supported Living Service
We are delighted to be seeking a full-time Permanent Reliever Support Worker to join our Supported Living team based in Dunedin. To be successful in this role your personal values will align with those of Community Care Trust: Respect, Reliability, Transparency, and Responsiveness.

About the role:
As a Permanent Reliever Support Worker in our Supported Living services you will be available for full time hours with the flexibility to cover all shifts on a rotating roster and when regular staff are not available. This environment will assist individuals to develop practical life skills including, household tasks, meeting education/vocational needs, cultural awareness, community activities and participation, building positive relationships with whanau and peers, and everyday problem solving and coping strategies.
A natural ability to relate to other and build rapport with people we support and other team members is essential along with a strong desire to make a positive difference.
In this role you will be rewarded with 5 weeks annual leave and an hourly rate of $29.10.
Successful applicant will have:
- A proactive and person-centred approach to support.
- Willingness to complete Health and Wellbeing training and qualifications
- Have a positive, can do attitude and a great work ethic.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand and have a valid visa with a minimum of 12 months until expiry.
- Hold a FULL, clean New Zealand Driver License (Essential)
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to complete one at our cost)
