Full Time Position Available

We are currently looking for an energetic, motivated individual to join our Community Team.

About the Role:

Working alongside individuals and facilitating small groups, to participate in their local community. Being active both physically and in your community is an advantage but we also welcome people bringing their own special interests to the job. We seek someone who can motivate young people, identify purpose, and build skills towards employment.

If you are physically fit, adaptable, compassionate, confident completing personal cares and have a great sense of humour, we would love to hear from you.

This role involves working with challenging behaviour, learning needs, brain injury, neurodivergence, sensory impairment (vision and hearing), and physical needs so requires a reasonable amount of manual handling.

This opportunity is Monday – Friday with some flexibility required around hours. We pay up to $29.10 per hour depending on your qualifications.
