We’re on the lookout for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our Team in Motueka and Nelson. You’ll be working alongside people with complex needs supporting them to live the life they choose—at home and in the community.
What we’re looking for:
- A calm, caring individual with a positive outlook
- Experience delivering personal care with dignity and respect
- A great communicator who can think on their feet and be adpatable
- An understanding of the Enabling Good Lives principles (or a willingness to learn)

What you will bring | Ngā tohunga mō tēnei tūranga
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to complete one at our cost)
- Hold a full current NZ Driver License (Essential)
- Be eligible to work in New Zealand
- Have a valid work visa with a minimum of 12 months until expiry
