We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist & Accounts Administrator to be the welcoming face of our organisation while providing accurate and timely administrative and accounts support.

Receptionist & Accounts Administrator Dunedin-Ōtepoti
Full Time – Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Salary range $60,000 to $62,400 per annum

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist & Accounts Administrator to be the welcoming face of our organisation while providing accurate and timely administrative and accounts support.
Our organisation has a strong commitment to safeguarding children and any employees will be vetted to a level appropriate to the role for which they have applied.
Key Responsibilities | Ngā mahi matua
Reception & Office Support
Greet visitors and clients, providing warm, professional assistance
Answer and direct phone calls and email enquiries
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and office supplies
Support general office coordination
Accounts Administration
Process invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
Assist with accounts payable/receivable
Reconcile financial records
Support the finance team with routine administrative tasks

Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and basic accounting systems
Able to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively
A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
Previous admin and/or accounts experience would be an advantage
A full, clean New Zealand driver’s license
Be eligible to work in New Zealand
