Our RIDSAS service is contracted to provide specialist rehabilitation support to people with high and complex needs who have had contact with the judicial system. Alongside this, our Supported Living Services operate 24/7, supporting people to live as independently as possible in their communities.
We are currently recruiting Support Workers across both services, with opportunities available for Permanent Relievers, Full-time, Part-time, and Casual roles.
Our person-centred, strengths-based approach values your ability to build meaningful relationships. You will use your strong communication skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence to support people who may present with challenging behaviour as they work towards personal growth, skill development, and positive life outcomes.
