We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our Nelson team. You’ll be supporting people with complex needs to live the life they choose, both at home and in their community.

Experience providing personal care with dignity and respect.
Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to think on your feet.
An understanding of the Enabling Good Lives principles, or a willingness to learn.

A current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one at our cost.
A full, current New Zealand Driver Licence (essential).
Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
A valid work visa with at least 12 months remaining before expiry.
