You'll provide person-centred support that promotes independence, choice and inclusion while building genuine relationships with the people you support.
Experience is welcome, but it's your compassion, positive attitude and willingness to learn that matter most. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

You'll bring:
A caring, positive and respectful approach
Great communication and relationship-building skills
Reliability and a willingness to learn
A Full New Zealand Driver Licence (essential)
A current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to complete one at our cost
The legal right to work in Aotearoa New Zealand
A valid work visa with at least 12 months remaining (if applicable)
