The opportunity | Te whai wāhitanga

Reporting to our Chief Executive, you’ll be our senior financial voice and an important part of the wider CCT team.

With a capable team managing our day-to-day finances, your focus will be on what’s ahead – helping us make the best use of our resources and make good, sustainable decisions for the future.

You’ll provide financial insight and advice to our Chief Executive, leadership team and Board, lead budgeting and forecasting, identify risks and opportunities, and help us make sound decisions about our services and future direction.

It’s a chance to bring your experience, ideas and fresh thinking to an organisation that is open to change and wants to keep doing better.

You’ll be an experienced finance leader with strong financial judgement and the ability to see beyond the numbers.

You’ll be someone who can:

• See the big picture and think ahead

• Turn financial information into clear, practical advice

• Bring ideas and fresh thinking to the table

• Build strong relationships across an organisation

• Provide constructive advice and challenge when it’s needed

• Connect with our values and the work we do

Experience in the not-for-profit, disability, health or social services sector would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
