We are delighted to be seeking a full-time Permanent Reliever Support Worker to join our Nelson (Whakatū) based team.
Please Note: Duties will include personal cares for a young male as a requirement of this role and experience with autism would be advantageous.
As a Permanent Reliever Support Worker in our services, you will be available for full time hours with the flexibility to cover all shifts on a rotating roster and when regular staff are not available.
As a Support Worker, you’ll walk alongside people who may have faced significant challenges, helping them build resilience, confidence, and self-belief. You’ll be a mentor and guide — encouraging growth, fostering positive connections, and opening doors to meaningful opportunities in their community.
You’ll also be part of a supportive, values-driven team that works together to make a real difference every day.
A natural ability to relate to other and build rapport with people we support, and other team members is essential along with a strong desire to make a positive difference.
In this role you will be rewarded with 5 weeks annual leave
Note: You will be required to complete your level 4 health & wellbeing certificate within 12 months of your commencement date.

Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to complete one at our cost)
Hold a full current NZ Driver License (Essential)
Be eligible to work in New Zealand
Have a valid work or student visa with a minimum of 12 months until expiry
Be able to work across all shifts
